Welfare Service
The Catholic University of Colombia understands University Welfare as an action that tends towards the achievement of an integrity, quality of life and university community building environment, favouring institutional identity and human development within the Educational Institutional Project.
University Welfare is oriented towards the promotion of healthy habits and quality of life and the promotion of an educational coexistence climate that benefits the entire educational community and its environment. It seeks to strengthen the participation of the educational community in its programs and services, promoting spaces and tools for the dialogue with the institutional curriculum.
The wellness management boosts its operation through five areas of management: Art and Culture; Sports, Physical Activity and Recreation; Human Formation, Pastoral and Chaplaincy; Student affairs; Promotion of University Health. Each area offers programs and services at different times of the semester, and they are focused on specific groups based on the interests of the community.
